Baking great bread takes time!
Around 48 hours will slowly transform the mixture of flour, water and salt into that crusty, yet soft loaf of delicious flavours.
No preservatives!

Made with strong white bread flour and a mix of whole grain, wheat, spelt, kamut and dark rye flour.

Using original Goldrush San Francisco sourdough starter that landed in Singapore in mid 2012.
Orders must be placed 2 days in advance by 8pm.
Supply is limited, so availability is first come, first served.

Baking happens usualy in the morning, and the bread is available for pickup from Upper East Coast Road around 10-11am.

Payments of S$12 for a ~650g loaf, or the occasional special bakes, should be made by PayNow(PayLah!, PayAnyone, etc)..
Unpayed orders will be canceled after 2 hours.
